The influence of organization culture and knowledge management toward the employee performance in PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk. Cabang Bogor. The understanding of organization culture must also be supported by a good understanding about what is management all about or often called as knowledge management. That understanding is needed in order to shape a strong organization culture. Those things organization culture and knowledge management, will also give a huge impact on an employee performance. The result of the survey and data processing discovered that the organization culture variable (X1) and knowledge management variable (X2), have a significant influence toward the employee performance (Y) and each variable has a strong connection toward other exogenous variables. The number influence of organization culture and knowledge management simultaneously toward employee performance in PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Bogor Division is 88,85 percent, it indicates that a number of 11,15 percent is affected by another factors outside this research. Partially at the same time, organization culture and knowledge management variables are significant influence toward employee performance in PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Bogor.
