ANALISIS PENGARUH MOTIVASI PENGURUS DAN ANGGOTA KOPERASI TERHADAP KINERJA KOPERASI (Studi Kasus pada Koperasi Mahasiswa ABFII Perbanas)

Abstract

This research aims to determine the extent of the influence of motivation on the performance of cooperatives in cooperative student ABFII Perbanas. This research use the correlation analysis, determination coefficient and hypothesis testing. Based on the obtained results the conclusion that there is the influence of motivation on the performance of cooperatives in cooperative student ABFII Perbanas. The results of regression analysis is expressed by the following equation : Y=0.340X + 18.936. From the equation above can be concluded, each 1 unit increase in motivation (variable x) it will improve the performance of cooperatives in cooperative student Perbanas (variable y) for 0.340 in the same direction with a constant 18.936. Conversely, when a decline of motivation (variable x) by 1 unit then the performance (variable y) to be down as much as 0.340 in the same direction with a constant 18.936. With the hypothesis decision is obtained Z value 5.33 then conclusion is greater than t value > t table (5.33 > 1.99) so that the criteria used is starting HO is there is an influence of motivation on the performance of the Cooperative Student Cooperative Perbanas. And all of the independence variables have had influenced for 23 percent to cooperative performance.
