PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA DAN KOMITMEN PEGAWAI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA BIRO PERENCANAAN DI KEMENTERIAN TENAGA KERJA DAN TRANSMIGRASI JAKARTA
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the level of labor discipline, employee commitment, employee performance at the Bureau of Manpower Planning in Jakarta, and also to analyze whether there is influence between employee discipline and commitment to the performance of employees at the Bureau of Manpower Planning in Jakarta. Data collection techniques using primary data. Population is an employee of the Bureau of Manpower Planning in the sample of 48 people. Analysis using multiple linear analysis methods, hypothesis testing using the F test, t test and R2. t-value of labor discipline is at 6.256 with a significance level of 0.000 (<0.05), the partially disciplined significant work on employee performance. The variable employee commitment can be seen that the value of t-test of the commitment of employees amounted to 2,865 with a significance level of 0.006 (<0.05) then the partial commitment of employees have a significant effect on employee performance.The results of these studies indicate that there is a significant relationship between employee discipline and commitment to employee performance with value F value (32.095). The analysis of the figure of determination R2 (R square) of 0.588 (58.8%). Recommendations can be given to the Jakarta Manpower Planning Bureau leaders would be expected to tighten regulations in the ministry, so that discipline can increase the work of the ministry. Then the level of commitment in the ministry should be improved again so that employees have a high level of commitment. Furthermore, the ministry is expected to review the standard of the work of the employees and provide positive motivation and directly to its employees. Furthermore, to further research and is able to add a variable number of samples with a lower standard error in the determination of sample.
