Pandangan Publik tentang Keputusan Perempuan dalam Kancah Politik di Indonesia (Studi Kasus Dosen dan Mahasiswa ABFII Perbanas)

Abstract

The result of the research, it analyzes internal and external factors influence the woman and their role in the Indonesia's politic activities. The population of this research are lecturers of ABFII Perbanas and their students and analyze with descriptive quantitative. The respondents are 50 persons with non probabilities and convenience sampling. Data collecting use the filled questionnaire method and analyze the dimensions factors which are the women getting to the politic. As research analyzes tool with validity and reliability method to those instruments. The result shows, the factors influenced are internal and external. Internal factors consist of: 1) the main internal factors, they are: women side, physical appeal, self actualization, and ability shows; 2) the supporting factors are: expressing the human right, looking for experience and organized. External factors the women take to the politic are: to balance the number of gender for policy makers, to increase quality for women, to participate for the political practice, partiarchy culture, useful the democratic fundamental, and opportunity political usage.
