Pengaruh Pengendalian Intern Terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan (Studi pada perusahaan asuransi jiwa di wilayah Jakarta Selatan)

Abstract

This research amis to investigate internal control influence on the firm performance. The internal control’s components used in this research include (1) organizational structure, (2) authorization system and recording procedures, and (3) employee Competence and skill. Sample used in this study is Life Insurance companies domiciled in Sourth Jakarta Region. Data collected from questionnaire distributed to related employees or management of the companies. Result of this research shows that internal control have significantly affected the performace of life insurance firm.
