Abstract
Knowledge can be said to be the only key to competitive advantage. To be
able to survive in a business gobal competition, the company should be able to
consistently generate new knowledges, and then spread this knowledge in all lines of
business, and implement them in the form of technologies or new products (both goods
and services). Basic problems in the implementation of knowledge management within
the company is employee in a company often do not have a habit or a willingness to
share their knowledge in written form, so it will easily be shared. The concept of
Knowledge Management Sharing (KMS), can be used as a tool for companies both in
industries and services, including education to collect and manage all elements of its
knowledge, both explicit and tacit. Knowledge management is designed by the company
so it can be easily accessed by all the human resources by various media companies.
This step will help them build a good human resources, quality, and ready to compete in
global competition
